RUiXU processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

Order Details:

All orders must have a valid phone number that is reachable during normal business hours, otherwise the shipment can be delayed and in some cases have storage fees accrued. We highly advise double checking the entered shipping address prior to checking out to avoid Change-of-Address or reconsignment fee.

Customers must specify if they need liftgate delivery in order to remove the product from the truck.

 

Processing and Estimated Delivery Times:

All the shipping use LTL Freight via pallet ship from local warehouse.

Orders of items marked as “in stock” on their respective product page will be shipped within 2 business days.All Freight delivery dates are estimates, with no guarantees on delivery dates. Estimated transit times vary based on location and size of order. Standard transit is between 3 and 15 business days.

 

Shipping Charges:

Our website automatically calculates shipping charges for packages shipping within continental US, based upon the address entered with a flat rate shipping $350,Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available on items and shipping quotes can be provided upon request.

 

Signature Upon Delivery:

The package require a direct signature to ensure your product has safely reached your final destination.

 

Local Pickup:

All pickups will require an appointment scheduled with our shipping department at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup time and date.
